How to make a claim

• Notification of the claim must be made to the Company as soon as the loss occurs
• Thereafter a claim form will be dispatched by mail for completion
• The claim form must be supported by all necessary documentation/reports/estimates
• Upon receipt of all the above, the company will be in a position to consider the claim submitted in the light of the Policy wording.

• You can download and print the relevant claim form, either from the Personal Lines Insurance Claim Form section or from the Business Insurance Claim Form section. Please complete the form and either post it, fax it back to us on 21310390 or email it to claims@bonniciinsurance.com
• Please note, our Claim Forms are in Portable Document Format (  PDF) and you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader software which you can download for free from the Adobe web site.
